"This how is an old home that was fixed to look lovely. It had everything we needed for our stay. There are three bedrooms in the main house. Loved the separate kid space which doesn't have bedrooms but two twin lofts with ladders so if you have little kids this probably won't work for you. My teen girls loved having the separate space. They also really enjoyed the hot tub. The fire pit area looked very nice but we didn't get to enjoy that space and there was a nice large yard. They had to...

"We wanted to be near Ephrata, Sight and Sound Theater, Intercourse, Litiz; this was a perfect spot. Fun drives around the countryside; away from cities; just what we wanted. There was room for 3 of us to spread out and have breakfast before taking off for the day. The upstairs bed is pretty firm but we enjoyed each having our own room."

"The owners are great! They communicate well! The home is in a busy area but we really didn’t mind, the owners provide fans, sound machines and such so it was just fine. Location is close to everything you need. Home was good! As a fellow vrbo owner, a recommendation would be to replace the rugs downstairs (they are getting pretty stained up) The home is a cute farmhouse style, beds were comfy but may also need a little maintenance. Overall, would stay again!!!"
