"Clean and very “rustic”"

"This was a nice little place with a nice layout for 4 people. It had a great stove and refrigerator. Would be a great place for folks who are staying for a few days or longer. The area around the Inn is a bit working class, but it was fine."

Each year we have jobs in this part of Colorado, and I would definitely stay here again- ensuring Joel that my crew will be respectful. "Really enjoyed the history of the Redstone Inn. Our room was very nice in the front of the hotel. The entire hotel was very, very clean. Food and service were excellent in the casual dining area. (Main dining room was not yet open for the season.). I would recommend it to people who enjoy historic hotels. "

"We enjoyed hanging out by the fire pit area and watching the sunset our first night there. Our cabin was very comfy even though it was quite warm. We took day trips to Crawford State Park and Paonia State Reservoir where we enjoyed a little SUP time. Verizon cell service doesn’t pick up signal from Carbondale down or Crested Butte so be sure to get directions or send messages far out. We did have great WiFi in the cabin so we could check messages etc. The cabins are well spaced so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. We will be back!"

"Cozy cabin in a beautiful mountain setting. Charming hummingbirds were feeding on the porch every morning and evening. Flocks of turkeys were fun to watch. The cabin was clean and spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I have stayed here several times. It is always clean and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. It is in a very quiet peaceful town. There are usually deer in yard in the mornings! "
