"Avoid this resort at all costs. The rooms are run-down and poorly maintained, and the way guests are treated is simply unacceptable. The staff are rude, unwelcoming, and made us feel like a nuisance rather than paying customers. We accidentally broke a plate and were immediately charged 200 PHP, with no understanding or courtesy whatsoever. The only reason this place gets even one star is the airport pickup. Despite the unfriendly attitude when we arrived, the transport itself worked fine. The housekeeping staff are kind and friendly when you meet them – unfortunately, they are the exception. The neighboring hotel is under construction, so there is constant noise around the pool area. There are also only about 15–20 sun loungers on the beach for a resort of this size, which is far from adequate. There are far nicer hotels along the beach. I cannot speak for their service, but it is hard to imagine it being worse than what we experienced here."
