"This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working. Management told me to use a long handled light to ignite the gas stove!!! I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that. They sent someone over to look at it and he...

"The check-in process was disappointing and frustrating. The reservation was made through Expedia for two people, but upon arrival, the receptionist was unable to check us in because the information for the second guest had not been received from Expedia. This resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth between Expedia and the receptionist, making the check-in experience stressful and inconvenient. "Nos encantó el lugar muy cómodo y lindo, seguro para caminar y cerca de estaciones de metro"

"Staff was great. Room has spectacular views. Air conditioning was great, super quiet in the bedroom. Rooftop pool and patio was delightful. Loved our stay!"

After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but...

"The location was great as it was central not far from Albrook Mall and about 25 minutes from Tocumen. I loved the fact that it had a washer and dryer. However, the apartment could do with some TLC as the towels weren't clean, one of the dining chairs had a piece of metal protruding and the shower could be with a caddy to hold shower gel or soap."

"We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests."
