Vær vores gæst i vores smukke specialbyggede hjem. Vores første niveau, Gulf View-hjem (fabelagtig udsigt over bugten fra 2. og 3. sal dæk, begge master suiter og alle opholdsarealer) er kun 30 skridt fra det sukker hvide sand og 30 trin til en 18 'x 36' pool . Denne 2600 kvadratmeter store bolig har 4+ soveværelser, 3. 5 badeværelser, stor lys stue og spisestue, hule (børneplads eller 5. soveværelse), pejs (ikke funktionel) og elevator og selvfølgelig gratis WIFI. Semi privat pool deles med tre andre hjem.

Cape Cottage sover 12 komfortabelt og møbleret for at få dig til at føle dig hjemme. Der er to master-suiter med king-size senge og private bade, det 3. soveværelse har en queensize-seng, og det 4. soveværelse har to x-lange to køjesenge. Derudover er der en 13 'x 11' hul eller (5. soveværelse) med TV / DVD og queensize-sofa / sovekabine. Cape Cottage har masser af plads til samling og rolige steder at læse. Du kan slappe af i screening-in-dæk på anden sal eller lounge i solen på tredje etages dæk.

Beautiful and comfortable with gorgeous views! We have been coming to the Cape for about 12 years and have rented some very nice homes. I have to say this one is a winner! The location, the comfort level and the layout of the home make it truly special! We plan to be back!

Perfect Stay on the Cape!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cape Cottage! The house is stunning and cozy at the same time. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. It has such an easy access to the beach, and it is located on a great area of the beach on the Cape. The pool right next to the house was also great for our little ones. This was our third year staying in CSB and our third house…this one was by far our favorite and we want to book again for next year!

Top Notch, Beautiful Home and Stay!

My Husband and I have been coming to North CSB for about 6 years now, and by far, Cape Cottage has been the best place we have stayed! It feels like home away from home as soon as you walk in! Mary Margaret and her Family have thought of everything with this home! SO spacious, with ample amenities, including all the beach chairs and toys you can imagine (which came in handy, and we didn’t have to bring much in the way of these bulky items on the trip), and the 2 master suites and elevator were perfect for some of our aging and handicapped Family members. Had an issue with one of the doors to the elevator as soon as we arrived, and Mary Margaret was right on it, and sent her maintenance man right away. Chad, who we learned is from Middle GA like us, fixed the issue quickly, gave us his number just in case, but no issues the rest of the trip! Mary Margaret was super responsive the entire time we were there, for any questions we had! Makes a huge difference with owners like this! Top notch and beautiful home that won’t break the bank for your Family vacation, and it is in a most perfect spot on CSB, with maybe 50 steps to the sand, where we were able to watch the gorgeous sunsets over the ocean each evening! Thank you, Mary Margaret and Family, for opening up your beautiful home and thinking of literally everything you could ever want or need for a trip to our favorite place on Earth! It made it so easy to show my Family why we fell in Love with CSB to begin with!

Great location!

The house was beautiful, well stocked, positioned with perfect views all around, despite not being beach front. Best access to beach boardwalk was so close and the beach area was not crowded at all. And a pool right next to the house. Also loved all the decks. It doesn’t get any better than this. Will definitely stay here again.

Spring Break 2023

House is beautiful. Easy access to the ocean. Pool available. Tons of beach chairs/ wagon. The beach is perfect with lots of shells. We walked 2 miles everyday & could have went further . Not super busy like PCB & Destin. Restaurants a plenty within a short driving distance also ice cream & donuts within walking distance . ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Cape Cottage on Cape San Blas

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful home! From the well stocked kitchen to the huge table in the dining room, to the beautifully decorated living room with furniture that looked new (not the typical tired furniture found in VRBO rentals) and comfortable beds in beautiful bedrooms, all were perfect. We enjoyed all the decks, it was nice to have a screened in deck as well. The elevator was appreciated for move in and move out days! Of course the short walk on the boardwalk to the beautiful beach was a big plus! We loved it all!

Great Christmas vacation

Great house for a family vacation. Hands down this was the most equipped vacation property that we have ever rented. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and the extra refrigerator and beach stuff really helped. The elevator was a tremendous help. We will definitely look to rent this property again.

Fabulous Vacation Home

This property was perfect for our family. We had 2 toddlers with us and the property owners even had gates for the stairs as well as a pack-n-play. Many beach toys were available, two refrigerators and beach chairs. A perfect location for easy access to the beach. This is 10+ property!

Amazing Home

My husband and I took our three adult children and their spouses and our first granddaughter for a week at the beach. The house was perfect. It had enough room for all of us, easy access to the beach, a room full of beach equipment and more and more. We can not say enough good about it. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Beautiful! The house, location, check in, and communication with the owner we’re all wonderful! We all loved it and would definitely book again!! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! The outdoor shower and restroom were great for the kids when at the beach. Just a short walk to the beach. The outdoor space was fabulous with all the decks with plenty of seating. Just a few steps to the pool which the grandchildren loved! Excellent place to take the family!!

Perfect Stay

This home was absolutely wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, steps from the beach, no shoes needed to get there. Lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids. Would definitely book this house again in the future.

Wonderful beach home

We love our stay at this amazing home on the beach. We had 5 adults and 5 kids ages 8-14. Every detail had been thought of from the beach toys and outdoor shower to the cooking supplies in the kitchen. As a foodie who likes to cook at the beach house instead of going out to eat, I was thrilled how stocked the Sabine’s were with pans, knives, cooking gadgets, etc. It was great having a small desk area to be able to check on remote work if desired. WiFi was great and we loved how all the tv’s we were able to log into our YouTubetv accounts and streaming music services. I’ve never had faster service/communication from a host before. She was super! This was our first time to Cape San Blas and to this home. We will definitely be back!

Oh my goodness- this home was a dream!!

From the moment we arrived we felt at home and ready for fun. There were 9 of us total. My family of 7 (5 kids ranging from 8 to 17) and my mother and father in law. The home had everything a person needs and could want. The kitchen was so well stocked. We lived being able to cook together without worrying if we had those pan, or that utensil. We made an entire Christmas ham dinner and a green chili stew along with all the other normal meals. The home also has an awesome room with an extra fridge and all the beach toys and chairs one could desire. Seriously- everything. Umbrellas, chairs, floaties, kids, sang this, boogie boards. We were literally less than 100 steps from the house to the beach. It was easy to bring down the beach toys and my in laws (who are older and have mobility issues) were able to easily walk down with us. Speaking of mobility issues- the elevator was super helpful. The kids walked to the testing post every day (that was a highlight of their time at the cape. They love that place!) We loved and they loved that they could walk to get ice cream and donuts and fresh fish. It is in the perfect location! Anyway, I've never left a review this long. The home was just so incredibly perfect. Oh, and the views! This home is in the perfect spot. Also, it has games and movies and puzzles. And- the beds were so great. My husband has back problems and the bed didn't hurt his back at all. It was also great to have 2 "master" bedrooms. This house had so much space and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Last thing- such great communication with the owners. The microwave stopped working, I texted Mary Margaret and she had a new one delivered the next day. Who does that?!!? Seriously impressed!!!

Love this place

This was our third year in a row to stay at this house and it was just as enjoyable as our previous 2 visits. It is only a short walk to the beach and even though the pool is shared with a few other houses, it was hardly ever used. Therefore we had no problem using it when we wanted to. My favorite thing to do was to sit on the top level porch in the morning while drinking my coffee and having my quite time. You can see the beach and feel the ocean breezes. The elevator, outside bathroom, outside shower and beach toys round out the amenities to make this the perfect place to stay.
