"Cute place for a quick getaway."

"My husband and I picked Rosemary beach for our baby moon and had no plans the entire trip. The condo was in the perfect location for being 34 weeks pregnant. Everything is walking distance! Peddlers was such a cute addition to the complex with coffee, pizza, sweet treats, and bike rentals! The restaurants were phenomenal. The walk or tram to the beach was the perfect distance as well! The condo was exactly as described. So clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back! "

"Everything was exactly as advertised online. The view from our room was amazing. The pool was clean and had plenty of seating. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and appliances. I recommend bringing/buying toilet paper. We were supplied with 2 rolls of cheap kind & had to buy more. As for pull out bed, its just a foam topper, no mattress. It worked for our small kids but for older kids & up it'd be very uncomfortable. We were satisfied & check in/out was so easy!!"

"The resort was fantastic. The food and bar downstairs had excellent service and good food. The beach is great, two nice pools to choose from and a good indoor pool if the weather gets a little rough. The staff was polite and very helpful. The fitness center is decent, you should find most of what you need, Pier Park is walking distance away, perfect to walk off a meal on the beach. "My husband and I spent a week at this cute little condo during our first visit to the Rosemary Beach/30A area. The location of the unit is well situated within walking distance to shopping and eating. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler provided in the unit. "We had never been to Carillon Beach and loved the community/location. Beach and pool access was great, LOVED having the daily chairs and umbrella. I didn’t realize the laundry was located on a different floor and was coin operated. The kitchen sink is tiny - smaller than the plates. I was surprised that there wasn’t a oven.There was sand on the counter and floor when we arrived, but I guess that is the nature of being at the beach. "The Grand Panama is a great condo in a great area. Not very busy area of the beach. The condo was clean ,comfortable, cool and the cleaning staff at Grand Panama are always cleaning in and around the grounds."
