Star of the Sea is a charming reverse-living cottage in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea, perfectly positioned next to the pool and just a short walk to private deeded beach access. This 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 10 guests (max 7 adults) and includes a bunk nook for extra space. Enjoy biking along the 18-mile Timpoochee Trail, relaxing on one of the three patios, or exploring nearby Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside.

STAR OF THE SEA is a charming reverse-living cottage located in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea.  It has three bedrooms (main floor), as well as a bunk bed nook in the hall and  sleeps up to 14 guests (max 7 adults).  The upstairs contains the vaulted ceiling living room and kitchen areas. The location is fabulous - directly next to the pool and less than a 5-minute walk to the deeded beach access.

Once you are ready to explore, you can walk, bike or run along the 18 mile Timpoochee Trail which provides easy access to all that 30A has to offer. You will love your stay in this idyllic cottage along Florida's 30A corridor!

TRANSPORTATION
- 4 bikes are included. Should you decide to rent some, a discount code to a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information

BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE:
- There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood.
- In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "set" (2 chairs and an umbrella) otherwise you may use the access and walk 2 minutes to the right or 4 minutes to the left to the public access.
- Beach Service is provided by a local vendor; information provided upon request
