We changed rooms 3 times, standing water in the first room, roaches in the second…third room was just ok but the whole place smelled like stale cigarettes ….would not recommend or stay here again.

Got our stuff stolen by hotel staff and then was tossed around for 4 hours, for them to find our clothes hidden behind a dumpster. Electronics never returned. The owner seemed genuine and caring, agreed to replace our tablets and asked me to email him and they’d be replaced by the time we returned home to NY. Been two weeks and haven’t heard a thing. Although our room was refunded, still doesn’t help cover the $1,500 in stolen property. Cops were contacted and no one has reported back but they said legally they can’t.

It was a a great location for air show and Thunder beach . This motel has just been neglected all around, outdated would be fine but it was just plain dirty. The bathroom was the worst I have seen, fruit flies in unit , mildew, dirt... considered wearing flip flops into the shower . The owner should consider putting money back into the property if they want to continue renting them out.

Right on the beach. Any closer and you would be in the water. 😎Staff is very friendly. Price was great for the area. Parking was ok and pleantiful. Floors are not properly cleaned on hallways and stairs. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Good coffee in the lobby. Easy check in and check out.

Location and area are wonderful! The room was bare bones, the bathroom had mold on the walls, the bathtub coating was peeling, when the wind blew in off the beach it sounded like a wind tunnel.

The only thing I liked about the property is that Sharky’s was walking distance and they give you free tickets to main attractions and one kid eat free at Sharky’s. The beds and couch was outdated the toilet barely flushed. Parking is terrible tvs are like 32” our last night there roaches came out the bathroom vent.

Lots of road noise , the pot smell coming from next door was so bad and the noise all night from neighbors so we asked to move and they did move us very dated place but cheap and good area but would not stay again

This room was dingy. We got there and the balcony door was visibly broken, the lock had missing screws and was hanging off the door and no one cared to fix it before we checked in. The bathroom was filthy, tub was dirty, look like they used paint in sections of the tub to cover stains. The faucet was filthy. We struggled to turn on the shower. The bed was broken. The chairs had stains all over them, very dirty. I do not recommend.

I was terrified after booking this hotel and reading the reviews, BUT i was pleasntly surprised that the room was not as bad as reviews made it seem. First off.. its not a 5 star hotel.. dont treat it as such. We stayed for spring break and yes it was busy. Check in day the staff were a little stressed, but every time afterwards that i needed something ie, towels, toilet paper, they were super nice. They even gave my daughter a popsicle free. The room itself is dated. But the shower was great, bed clean, Everything worked as it should. Arrival day the elevator was broken, but it was fixed by day 2. The hotel location is excellent. No bugs in my room, I was content with my stay.

Great location. A little tired. Showers are very small and low. If you are over 5' 10 you are going to struggle. Overall this is a cheap and cheerful hotel but has a fantastic location. We had a patio room and it was literally steps to the beach. Right next to 2 good restaurants which is also convenient.

Though I was expecting an nicer beach front view it was hard to sit on ur chair at the bottom floor and see a clear view of the ocean because of the weeds in the front.. it was very close the beach which is what I enjoyed the most... They don't supply enough towels or washcloth for more than three so make sure you get those if there is 4 or more... It was also very dark at night due to broken lights which is worrisome for the kids... But other than that I enjoyed myself ..
