Welcome to Dockside Retreat, an opulent sanctuary nestled in the desirable east end of Panama City Beach. This newly renovated three-bedroom home has two full baths and is pet-friendly*!



This tranquil retreat is well-appointed with everything you'll need for the perfect getaway. The fully equipped kitchen offers a large island with seating for four. Here, you'll find everything you'll need to prepare your favorite dishes or pack a cooler for the beach or a day of boating. The back deck offers a grill and seating, leading down to the fenced yard. There is a private dock where you can cast a line or put in canoes or kayaks. After a day of fun in the sun, you'll enjoy the newly furnished home with games, four TVs, and an electric fireplace.



The space:

✔ Bedrooms: Each bedroom offers charging stations, a wall-mounted TV, and brand-new furnishings. The primary bedroom has a King bed, and bedrooms two and three each offer a queen-sized bed.

✔ Living Room: Oversized sectional sofa, large screen TV, electric fireplace, and patio access.

✔ Kitchen: Fully equipped to ensure you’re able to prepare all your favorite meals, a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze, a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew, and an 8-person dining table to bring everyone together, as well as bar seating for 4.

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!



Activities and Attractions: PCB Wheel Ride, Mini Golf at the PCB Wheel, Dave & Buster’s, WonderWorks, Bay Point Golf and Tennis Club, Just Jump Trampoline Park, and Island Time Sailing: Dolphin Watch Sailing Cruise



*Free activities do not apply to monthly reservations. Guests staying 28 nights or fewer are eligible to participate in activities. Stays of 29 nights or longer would not be eligible.



A few details to ensure a prime experience:

✔ A strict no-smoking policy promotes a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

✔ Age requirement of 25+ for booking, fostering a mature and respectful environment.

✔ Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Additionally, noise must be kept at a level that will not constitute a nuisance to the neighbors. Loud and excessive noise will not be allowed at any time.

✔ Guests are permitted to have approved pets at the property and are required to clean up after them. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet.
