Guest Rules & Important Notes
Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay.

Resort Fee: A one-time $30 resort fee is paid directly to the resort upon arrival, which includes your parking pass.

Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests. No pets or visitors allowed per Top of the Gulf regulations.
