This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a bunk bed alcove area and queen-size sleeper sofa.

Any pet must be disclosed in advance and registered with the HOA. There is an additional $225 plus tax non refundable pet charge that applies for any pet that is brought. Two dog maximum

Located on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida, Grand Panama Beach Resort is situated along twenty-seven miles of sugar-white sand beaches and emerald waters—the ultimate setting for a getaway. As a luxury beach resort, we have designed our policies to ensure that we consistently meet our guests' expectations.

Age Restriction: to reserve a room at Grand Panama Beach Resort, our policy requires guests to be at least 25 years of age. Individual situations, however, will be addressed by request.
Check-in Check-out
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. A $50 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
To guarantee your reservation, your credit card will be charged an advance deposit of $500 with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.
All reservations will have a separate refundable $300 damage deposit that is held on your credit card and refunded after your stay.
Hurricane Policy: full refund to guests if a mandatory evacuation for the Panama City Beach area is ordered by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center.

Q. Do you provide sheets, towels, pillows and other linens, or do we need to bring our own?
A. You do not need to bring bed, bath or kitchen linens. We provide a full set of sheets, pillows and blankets for each bed, as well as linens for the sleeper sofa. Your unit will also have enough towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type.We also furnish hand and and dish towels for the kitchen.
BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, SO PLEASE BRING THEM!
Q. Is the kitchen furnished?
A. Yes, nicely! You can cook in as often as you like. We are fully equipped and ready for you culinary geniuses.
Q. If we check out early, will we receive a credit or refund?
A. Once you have checked in, you will not receive a credit or refund for any unused portion of your Panama City Beach vacation.
Q. Do you offer airport pick up?
A. Airport transportation is available from Sunshine Shuttle, or Uber and Lyft are also available.

my husband and I decided to take advantage of working remotely due to COVID and take our first stab at snow-birding. We had originally booked a property in another area and found out a month before we were about to leave that they still had hurricane damage. In a mad rush, we looked for another place to stay and reached out to Warren Beach Rentals. They were awesome to work with during the reservation process - communicating details and responsive to our questions. The condo we rented on Grand Panama was more affordable than we anticipated, so we were able to stay longer than we originally intended. The condo was wonderful - clean, attractive, stocked with everything we needed - and with an amazing view, right on the beach. We loved spending time on the balcony, but the view was just as nice from inside. The amenities at Grand Panama were also great - we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. For 6 glorious weeks, we were able to pretend we lived on the beach - and it was a little piece of heaven. We highly recommend Warren Beach Rentals and will definitely work through them again for future rentals!
