Welcome to Costa Blanca, a spacious beach home offering a luxurious and fun-filled vacation for the whole family. The home offers 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, with 11 beds, a pull-out sofa bed, and a sectional sleeper sofa to hold up to 18 people. Enjoy amenities such as an inflatable paddle board, golf cart, table games, a beautiful community pool, walking distance to the beach, and a private community access to Lake Powell.

1. Dogs 65lbs and under may be allowed WITH a pet fee of $150. Please contact us for prior approval. No aggressive breeds; no cats.
2. Only 2 cars are permitted to park in the driveway. No street parking.
2. No parties allowed, but events are allowed. Weddings are welcomed.
3. Please treat the property with care and respect.
4. If any property damage or maintenance needs occur, please communicate with us immediately. For emergencies, please call 911; then notify your property managers.
5. Ensure the Grill is clean before leaving.
6. Please observe Community quiet hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.
7. Upon booking, you will be required to sign an additional rental contract between the guest and the property manager.
8. We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
