Hoteller nær Palmetto Historical Park

"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

We thought we were luckier as my wife and were told we had a room, though it was a single bed and not two beds as we had reserved. "Really disappointing experience and room. Entered the room which smelled of dampness and stuffy climate, even the bed was damp top and bottom and so clammy to sleep in. There was dirty and the breakfast, yes there was almost nothing to choose apart from an opened packet of toast bread with jam and 2 kinds of cakes in paper and the area was not reassuring, so we each took a juice and a muesli bar and checked out and had breakfast somewhere else!"

"Possibly the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. I have numerous photos of mold and mildew and even roaches in our room. The staff was never at the desk which I also took photos of. They allowed us only two towels and one washcloth for three people the entire stay. Oh, and one small bottle of shampoo and a bar of hand soap . No blow dryer. People (un housed) sleeping in front of the hotel and next to cars in the parking lot. Smelled like weed inside the entire hotel. Don’t stay here."

"DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL From the beginning main door wasn’t working you literally had to push it hard to open and close. The rooms had a strong smell of smoke AC wasn’t working properly not cooling at all. We have a 90+degree weather and this place had not cold water to shower water was literally burning hot. Doors didn’t lock so if you plan on getting a room for 2 or more people you’ll have no privacy. On top of all that they charged us some extra fees for our dogs being too loud apparently...

"My room was bug-infested; hardly any water came out of the sink faucet; there was no lamp; the deadbolt would not close; in five nights, no room service (toilet paper, change of towels, emptying trash) was offered or provided. Breakfast was very basic and breakfast room was not clean. I would never return."
