the check in was great our room was ready for an early checkin. the room was a room
we were there for the Valentine's Dinner and Bands. let's just say the bands were amazing but the hall and dinner not so much. the hall was not decorated at all half the tables did not have the black and white tablecloths there were no center pieces no silverware.
the staff that was there were not very helpful and made us paying guest feel like we were bothering them when we asked for a napkin and silverware.
now the food --- (mind you we are sitting at large round tables) brings out the salad and sets it down in the middle of table not close enough it get it without getting up then our plates hardly had enough salad to cover the center of the plate. the table next to us their plates were to full the salad was falling off the sides.
now the dinner plate comes out same thing doesnt place it near us and guess what the potatoes were luke warm the shirmip dish was warmer and very small piece of steak luke warm tried to get the lady to come back over and she acted like we were not even there. it was a real SH** SHOW. i went out front to ask for a person in charge and the guy i was told to talk to gave me the I dont care look.found the next day from the staff working check-in said the banquet staff called off. i feel the hotel should give every couple back $60 for the dinner the show was $39 if you didn't want the food. will i be going back for the pools yes the dinner/show not so sure
