Whether you're here to tackle the iconic Palisade Plunge, explore Colorado wine country, or simply relax and unwind, The Mesa ViewHouse comfortably accommodates up to six guests and provides an ideal setting to experience everything the area has to offer.

Tucked away on a quiet dead-end road, the home backs up to truly breathtaking mesa and valley views. Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets from the backyard while relaxing by the private pool, grilling dinner, or simply taking in the scenery. The interior has been remodeled from top to bottom, featuring a modern design that complements the incredible views just beyond the back windows. Blackout shades are provided in each bedroom — though you may find it hard to resist waking up to the morning light over the mesa.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area creates a welcoming central gathering space for your group. The layout is ideal for three couples traveling together while still offering privacy. One side of the home features a bedroom and office with a nearby hallway bath. On the opposite side, two bedrooms each offer their own ensuite bathroom. A powder room and full laundry room with washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

We provide all bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels. Hotel-style soaps and shampoos are supplied as starter amenities. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, and a gas grill is available on the pool deck. An EV charger is located in the garage for guests traveling with electric vehicles.

Palisade is truly a four-season destination. While summer and fall bring biking, hiking, and wine country charm, winter offers peaceful vineyard views dusted with snow and nearby adventure. Guests can ski or snowboard at Powderhorn Mountain Resort or explore the Grand Mesa for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and quiet alpine scenery before returning to unwind with sunset views over the valley.
