Lækker beliggenhed - meget hjælpsomt personale. Bingalows er slidte - møbler - vinduer - senge er er slidte , men der er hvad man skal bruge. Pengeskabet var ikke sat fast - så man kunne blot tage det med under arnen - det gav ingen mening. Gå afstand til modello Beach ca 20 minutter Mange mange eksterne gæster i weekenden - så der er fyldt op. Du skal have badehætte på ved brug af swimmingpool. Ok hotel - men det er ikke et 4 stjernet hotel / top karakter til personalet

L'hôtel est très éloigné du centre de Palerme. Il y a une ligne de bus avec arrêts devant l'hôtel mais le personnel ne le dit pas. La première plage est a 29mn a pied. Pas de possibilité de créer une obscurité complète dans la chambre.

La grande compétence et l'amabilité de tout le personnel est à souligner. Notre séjour dans cette résidence de vacances, en dehors de la saison touristique, a été parfait. L'ambiance risque d'être moins reposante en haute saison. Belle piscine, tennis, vélos à disposition, très belles vues sur la mer et la montagne. je recommande vivement

Love Cake! Zum Frühstück gab es sehr leckeren Kuchen. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Reinigungscrew hat jeden morgen gefragt, ob diese das Zimmer sauber machen soll.

Tennis, beach volley, beach tennis, table tennis, kayaks, swimming pool, access to the sea, free bikes are some of our facilities. Only 1 km from us there's Mondello beach and 3,5 km from us there's Capo Gallo Natural Reserve.

Our first floor apartments have been renovated this year and we'll renovate the bungalows this winter

Great location and view to the sea. Facilities were still in construction but overall excellent customer service and breakfast. Rooms were clean and big. Amazing pool next to the beach. The only thing that I would improve is the bar. They need to have something close to the pool were customers can relax and get service right there. Other than that will come back.

Around a rough area but the propert itself was great and when you were in it you wouldn’t suspect. Expensive shop across the way but coffee shop was good . Love that the resort provided bikes so most days we would ride into Mondello beach for the beach , atmosphere and shops (get your groceries here if you need any) . We used the tennis court , pool area and the ocean front and it was all great. Balcony in the bungalow was also a highlight as it was nice for privacy when we wanted some sun. Bungalow had a proper kitchen which was amazing as we like to cook for ourselves on occasion. NO BASIC ESSENTIALS so had to buy a lot of basics like things to wash up dishes . Had breakfast included each day which was very handy and pretty decent .

I like how it was in front of the beach. However, it’s off of a busy road so it’s not very quiet at night.

Rommet er veldig slitt, særlig baderom, og avløpsanlegg er nok for gammel også, man kan ikke kaste dopapir inni do, de må samles i en bøtte, dette er utrolig ubehagelig. Hotellet ligger også ved en travel vei, man hører høy mopeds lyd både på sein kveld og tidlig på morgen, det forstyrrer mye nattsøvn. De fleste personale på hotellet er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme, de gjør sin beste for å holde stedet ryddig og rent. Bassenget har vi ikke brukt, men vi tilbrakte 2 dager i sjøen siden hotellet har sin egen strand, krystallklart vann, er både fint for svømming og snorkling. Frokost er enkel og ikke mye varianter. Spiste lunsj på restaurant og den var god og billig. Is er også billig.

Property and bungalows are beautiful and great for a family with the small children and very safe and enclosed. We were there end of May and none of the amenities were open yet except the pool and breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Not the best location if you wanna go to other cities in Sicily without a rental car. As others said would be nice if information being printed in multiple languages.

Beautiful water, nice pool and friendly reception
Stayed in the bungalow with a great view of the ocean from the roof top terrace...hotel reception staff are excellent and will help with any query. Really friendly and helpful at reception. The private beach is excellent for snorkelling and sunbathing. The water is absolutely beautiful and there are plenty of sun beds. Bungalows are basic but have everything you need and the rooftop terrace is a nice place to have a glass of wine at night. The pool is nice and very big and close to the ocean so you can use both quite easily. No real restaurants around so you have to go in to mondello which is a 10 minute bus ride or taxi ride (€20 /30) so quite expensive..you can also try the scooters for some fun but the drivers and driving is the worst I’ve ever seen. A trip to Palermo is also worth it. We went to the 4 quarters as a starting point to walk around. Great vibe and very unique area. would recommend going to the side streets and sample the street food. Overall la Marsa was perfect for us. The reception staff, the rooftop bungalow, the beautiful water. Only draw back is all the restaurants are in mondello.

Buon recidence sul mare molto curato all'esterno con personale molto attento.L'accesso al mare va bene solo per chi sa nuotare essendo la costa rocciosa ma c'è la spiaggia di Mondello a qualche KM.Nota negativa la colazione servita dalle 8,30 in avanti con una sola persona al servizio e il giardinaggio fatto alle sette del mattino che potrebbe dare fastidio a chi si alza tardi.La sera alle 19 chiude tutto quindi bisogna uscire per mangiare qualcosa e infine riserverei dei posti al parking per gli ospiti soggiornanti.

Highly recommend La Marsa
Everything was perfect at La Marsa! Excellent hotel, we had all we needed, many facilities that we couldn’t get to use them all, privileged with sun and sea. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. The hotel also has bikes which you can borrow. The best hotel experience ever!

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man für ein paar erholsame Tage benötigt. Das Personla ist sehr freundlich, die Ausstattung ist gut und das Meer ist direkt vor der Nase. Besomders die schöne und große Dachterasse mit Blick auf das Meer war sehr schön. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We stayed for 7 days in early September in a bungalow with a nice terrasse + a roof top. The aircon worked well. So far so good. The interior was pretty run down - the furniture ancient, the walls crubling, the bathroom moldy. There was no daily cleaning as advertised & as is typical for any hotel. The trash bins were emptied on day 1, 2 & 6 and the bungalow was superficially cleaned on day 3 only. This was particularly disgusting when you have to collect toilet paper in a bin. The kitchen was not really usable, as there were no towels, dish cloths, soap, pot holders etc. Also, there were no blackout curtains, which you need because there are bright lights outdoors everywhere. As is if this wasn't enough, the hotel rents its premises to non-guests: we had to stay awake through 3 nights because of loud parties right next to our bungalow. Since the windows did not close properly, this was no fun! Also, the hotel rents out the sunbeds - when we arrived we wondered, why they would have so many sunbeds for only 20 rooms. Well, during the weekend we got our answer, when we couldn't even find a parking spot because there were over a hundred cars park infront of the hotel. The hotel property was packed with external sunbathers. Overall, the property is not how it is presented on the hotel's website - it's certainly not a 4-star resort. And it's not recommened if you want a little peace & quiet. If you don't mind a youth-hostel at a 4-star price - go there!

Ottima alternativa alla spiaggia di Mondello!
Struttura datata ma accettabile, servizio bar/ristorante da rivedere completamente, assurdo che venga inibito l'accesso ai residenti nel residence alla spiaggia/scogli dalle 19,00 alle 9,00 del mattino, altra assurdità è che la piscina chiuda alle 18,00! Per il resto è un punto d'appoggio gradevole anche se un pò costoso per ciò che offre.

Will definitely go back here!
Lovely staff, much nicer inside that the exterior would suggest.. pool was great, no late night noise, tennis, football, kids club, pool, great food, beach front (rocky but included) and more chairs and loungers that I have ever seen before.. so no problem getting one! We loved it (2 adults, 2 children)

Breakfast was good with a large selection of fruits, breads and juices. The room was older, a bit rundown and very bare. Shower drained very slowly and the hot water was more like warm water. The place could use a major update before I would consider staying again.

Meh
Not a place to stay out of the summer seasons. There is nothing nearby and the few restaurants that are their are closed. Also, the bed was broken causing the mattress to fold in the middle. In the summer I’m sure this place is fantastic.
