Enjoy a relaxing stay in our spacious, dog-friendly family home in Preston, one of Paignton's most sought-after seaside neighbourhoods. Just a 5-minute walk from beautiful Preston Sands Beach, our home is perfectly located for exploring the English Riviera.

Sleeping up to 6 guests, the property offers three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom, making it ideal for families, couples, friends and those travelling with dogs.

The bright and welcoming lounge features two large 3-seater sofas, an electric recliner, high-speed WiFi and a Smart TV with Fire Stick. There are four TVs throughout the property, all equipped with Fire Sticks for your entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a range cooker with extractor hood, large fridge freezer, microwave and dining table seating six guests. A separate utility room provides a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.

Outside, you'll find a fully enclosed sunny garden with a covered gazebo, outdoor sofa, chairs and reclining loungers – the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Guests are also welcome to use the beach cart, portable beach chairs and windbreaks provided.

Parking permits for up to two cars are included, and with local bus stops just 2 minutes away and Paignton train station a 15-minute walk, exploring the area couldn't be easier.
