"Well fitted lounge and kitchen area which was very clean and well presented. Main bedroom was snug, 2nd bedroom would easily accomodare 3 children and bathroom was well fitted but with very temperamental shower. The whole propety was very clean and had the best towells I have ever come across in any accommodation! "The cottage was really lovely and had everything we needed for a quiet weekend away. Conni was really kind and helped us check in later than planned due to traffic and made delicious scones for us. The cottage was clean and well maintained and we really enjoyed staying."

"one of the best self catering i have stayed at on the outskirts of Bodmin for a Winter break this is an ideal please for touring Cornwall, for anyone wanting to set up base to sea fish or fishing in general i have one minor gripe No central heating in the property, but there are electric radiators and extra blow heaters There is a log burner that does kick out a lot of warmth, for the very cold nights, I will return later in the year"

"We arrived to a beautiful, clean well equipped cottage. Colin, our host, was very friendly and helped us to settle in. "
