"Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. Again, very cool house but just think...

"unfortunately I didnt have the time to enjoy the pool. My reason for being there didnt allow me the free time for that. Deb was amazing and let me know that although this is a shared space, she was more than willing to let me have it all to myself if I just let her know when. "

"The hosts were amazing!! They left us a bottle of wine and some trail mix and nuts upon our arrival. The house has spectacular charm and just sitting in the house for breakfast was a really treat.I highly recommend this rental, especially in the summer due to the very nice swimming pool in the back yard. I gave 4 stars because during our visit the hot tub was slightly low in water level, the water had a noticeable 'off' smell to it, was slightly turbid, and looked like it needed a good cleaning....

"The house was nice, the neighborhood was questionable and the street was in need of a lot of repair. There was no deck off the kitchen and could see that it appeared work was in process. If you can't do steps or if you are handicapped, you may not want to stay at this location. The owners were very easy to work with and accommodating. It had plenty of beds for all of us."
