"Hi - Room was small but very effectively designed. It is ok for a short stay. Water, soft drinks and nibbles were a treat. Bed was comfortable and pillows good. Areas for improvement. I had to ask for instructions to get into the house as that info wasn't sent to me in advance (went to spam maybe ...suggest you get response from renters to ensure they got the info). I arrived when it was dark and there was no light by the side door so was difficult to follow instructions on opening entrance door...

"We liked being away from town, in the woods. Saw a bear driving the 3 kilometers to and from the property. I liked having to take off your shoes. I do that at my house. Liked having breakfast. Meta was very nice. The wood inside was beautiful. I would recommend this place. Joni"

"Very enjoyable overall. Clean and well appointed. Amazing view and welcoming waterfront amenities. Instructions posted in the room were helpful. Pest control tech was spraying for spiders on the patio while we were in the room sitting and looking outside, not a big deal but worthy of mention."

"Pros: The room was really clean and nice. The bed is super comfy and such a delight at the end of a long hiking day. And the fireplace is really cozy. The views are really peaceful and you can hear Elwha River from your room. Cons: The rooms have little to no sound proofing between rooms and floors. I could hear my neighbors conversations all throughout the night and sometimes even when they went to the bathroom which was pretty unpleasant. I couldn't sleep much the second night because my new...

"The host is extremely friendly, the room and facilities such as the bathroom are fine. It is easy to get to the city centre, as the metro station is 10 minutes walking away. Cafes, shops and restaurants are also within 10-15 minutes. But the hotel is located right next to a very busy road, which means there is a lot of street noise. Overall, the place offers good quality for money for Vancouver (which is super-expensive), but don't expect the Ritz-Carlton. "
