Being downtown, you should expect some city noise, but the central location makes up for it. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The views were fantastic, and having parking included was a definite bonus. Groceries, a pharmacy, and a coffee shop are all close by, which makes things easy....
