"Her får du et godt turistklasse hotel, men går du efter lidt ekstra, som du normalt finder hos Hilton, er det ikke her. Vi blev indkvarteret på 25. etage, hvor man samtidig havde gang i en renovering. Det betød, at vi blev vækket af håndværker larm tidligt hver morgen. Receptionen kunne ikke fortælle, hvor længe det ville stå på. Her skulle man nok have lukket etagen. Hotellet har en lille morgenmadscafé, der nok er lidt overvurderet på hjemmesiden. Udbuddet er stærkt begrænset og til stærkt forhøjede priser. Rengøring på værelset kan der ikke sættes på en finger på og personalet her er meget imødekommende. Hotellet ligger godt og perfekt til en tur i China Town."

"We arrived to the hotel several hours before check in and were offered a room for an additional $30 per night in order to get in early. We accepted the offer, but found it not worth the additional cost. The bathroom was last updated in maybe the 1980s. There was a continuous sound of toilets flushing and water running heard through the wall.. as if every pipe was connected and everyone flushing could be heard every few minutes or so. We had a room facing the interior lobby. There are signs in the halls that quiet time is from 10pm-7am and to respect other guests, but the noise from the bar, shouting etc was obnoxiously loud till after midnight. Not even the TV could drown it out. Overall though, the worst part for me was the shower. We had to call someone to turn on the shower, the hardware is clearly not working properly. On the second day, I was able to get the shower half way on, but couldn’t pull the tap more. The lobby area and overall cleanliness was very good. It’s clear however, this hotel is overpriced and extremely outdated. The shuttle service is $6 per person and runs all day. It runs every 30 min. With a lunch and dinner break. The restaurant in the lobby has good food, but feels overpriced for the food options in the area. "
