"I will preface this review by saying the good outweighs the bad for this house. The location for the beach but also being close enough to Quinalt and Ruby Beach was perfect! There is a small walk to the beach (please management take 20 mins and trim the trail). The beach is beautiful! Its not crowded and we were able to see tons of crabs and a starfish! The sand dollars are plentiful. The upstairs living room is BEAUTIFUL! The couches are super comfortable as well as the beds! There are heated...

"We enjoyed the place. It was nice. A lot of stairs though so be mindful for those with bad knees. Master bedroom just has a full bed & no TV. The King bed is up more stairs on the top floor! Didn't understand that at all! Found it to be very stuffy up there. "

"We've been coming to Seabrook for nearly 2 decades and love finding new homes to stay in. We traveled with our young adult kids (19-25 years old) and loved the location of this home. We loved that the home had bikes to borrow and lots of games to play. It's an easy location to walk to the beach or the town center or to any of the pools. "

"Enjoyed our stay! Nicely close to beach, has a quiet towing/repair shop across the street, bunk bed definitely needs new mattresses, other beds were good. Hot tub was great. Microwave handle broke, and fridge should be replaced (loud motor), and larger would help"

"We loved our stay at the Miramar House! Big beautiful space, gorgeous ocean views, comfy beds - everything you could need for a nice stay on the coast. The home had a lovely backyard, fun games and amenities, a nice hot tub. The proximity to the beach was definitely the best part. Only a five minute walk and you're right at the ocean. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!"

"The house worked perfectly for two families with teens. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen was large and well appointed. Close walk to the beach and ocean views from the living room, deck and upstairs bedrooms. Property management was responsive and super helpful when we left something behind. "Super clean and cozy for a girlfriend getaway. Appreciate the covered porch to enjoy the outdoors even during a summer rain. Lots of bird and otter watching down on the private dock. Travel hint: Don't forget your shampoo and shower gel as there isnt any offered in the bathroom. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. "
