The open-concept main floor pairs striking navy blue accents with warm wood tones, creating a calming retreat at the end of a full day of exploring the town, the trails, and the beach. Turn on the gas fireplace, melt into the comfortable living room sectional, and kick your feet up for a movie or a live football game on the SmartTV equipped with cable.

Located just off the living room with an expansive tree-top view, the large covered deck offers options for outdoor dining or simply kicking back in the Adirondack chairs, listening to the ocean and enjoying the south-facing views of the forest, rain or shine. Alternatively, the hot tub in the fully-fenced backyard is perfect for unwinding in the ocean breeze when the stars come out.

Back inside, the beautiful kitchen is well-equipped for the chefs in the group and for indoor or outdoor meals of all sizes, and the dining table is a fantastic place to gather for everything from celebrations to family game nights. A spacious king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor just off the dining room, and its scenic southern views, walk-in shower, and large soaking tub make it a wonderful place to relax.

You’ll find three additional bedrooms and a media room downstairs, which are well-suited for the kids (or kids at heart) on your crew. The media room is a great hang-out spot, featuring a large SmartTV (with cable) and a cozy sectional for relaxing after an afternoon of swimming at Sunrise Pool just a short walk down the street. An additional covered patio outside the media room adds even more square footage to Sundance’s outdoor living space and offers another option for gathering for drinks or games.

When it’s time to recharge for tomorrow’s adventures, get a good night’s rest in the bunk room, the twin bedroom, or the additional king bedroom with a desk and an ensuite bathroom on the lower level.
