"The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. "There was remodeling going on that caused very minor inconvenience. There was an issue with our 1st room and the staff was unable to resolve it so the moved us to an adjacent room with identical accommodations. We were very satisfied with the results. The breakfast starts at 6:30 am and goes until 9:00am. It offers a wide variety of foods with plenty of protein and fruit. The coffee was hot and tasty. We were very satisfied. "

"Absolutely loved this location. It was a quick walk in either direction, Mass St or KU Campus. We came for Crimson and Blue day at KU and this was the perfect place to stay for our family of three. The rooms were super cute and the whole apartment was colorful and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze and entry into the bldg & apartment was simple. Communication was prompt and thorough. We would happily stay here again for our next visit to Lawrence. "
