Dear Guest, We apologize for the hot water issue which were beyond our control. We regret any inconvenience caused and We'll review our procedures. We hope to welcome you again.

We apologise for the issue with hot water. Unfortunately, there has been a gas supply issue on George Street which affected multiple restaurants and hotels in the area. We have been coordinating with the gas company to get a resolution and have been informed engineers have been working on this. Sadly, this is outside of our control as the problem is under the road which requires emergency excavation to resolve. We hope this will be resolved quickly.Our standard rooms are of adequate size, however the Superior rooms are our largest for guests requiring more space.
