We are rectifying the fitting so you will not have to hold the shower. The unacceptable mess on the bathroom floor has been investigated and appropriate actions with all the housekeeping staff have been taken to ensure this type of issue does not arise in the future. Your comments about breakfast have been noted. We are always looking to improve our offerings and level of service. Sometimes it is hard to judge the quantities needed and we do not supply sufficient at the right time. We are looking at ways of ensuring that we maintain levels of food so that everyone can enjoy the food we provide. I am sorry that your coffee was cold. In addition to looking into this, we will adjust the menu displays so that all the cold coffees are on one menu and all the hot coffees are on another.I am pleased you had a good night's sleep on our comfortable bed and you found all the staff friendly.
