"Great hotel right off the toll road. Ashley was the front desk attendant when we checked in. We went to the room and realized we had booked a smaller room than we thought. We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield...

It was just the touch of ease and hospitality we needed to make our evening worry free. The giant, comfy, king bed provided the restful night's sleep we needed.We'd definitely stay here again! "Hele huset lugtede forfærdeligt parfumeret. Indretning og atmosfære var beklumret. Vi kunne ikke vente på at komme derfra. Morgenmaden blev serveret mellem 8:30 og 9:30, og endda lidt forsinket. Den blev serveret på en tallerken uden valgfrihed. Fed frenchtoast og noget opvarmet æble med kanel. Så godt som uspiselig. Der var noget havregryn i en krukke, men ikke noget at spise det med. Da vi bad om brød fik vi noget kedeligt brød med halvgammelt smør. Vi holder meget af steder med en hjemmelig...
