"Got a suite and from early morning to late evening an outside generator makes a deep and annoying humming sound. The reception could not do anything to prevent the noise, so I just had to accept it. The room was spacious, but especially the carpet appeared worn. The bathroom in contrast appeared modern and clean. My impression of the cleaning is that they did a great job. Comparing the price and quantity, then I would have considered alternatives."

"Checked in here for a concert at the Wintrust arena, temperatures were close to 0 so being across the street from our venue was super convenient! When searching in the area, this was both the closest and affordable for us, booked over a month in advance it was under $200 which is almost unheard of in the city. A couple locals said the area used to not be the safest and has improved over the last few years but not to venture off too far just in case (we were a group of women) but felt safe...

"Værelset var hyggeligt og rent. Det er selvfølgelig ikke luksus, gangene er smalle, værelset lidt lille og slidt, men det har alt, hvad man behøver og en rar atmosfære. Hotellet ligger tæt på en metrostation, hvorfra man hurtigt kan komme ind til byen, og man kan også gå en flot tur langs kysten derind, som tager ca 40 min. Chinatown er ikke så stor, men der er et par sjove butikker og gode restauranter, og gaden som hotellet ligger på er ret hyggelig og har en meget lokal stemning over sig."

"This is a good hotel, great service from hotel desk in general. Friendly service at the hotel restaurant and bar. The room cleaning was very good and thorough. Location was fine and pretty close to most sightseeing sites. The room nice, and installations high quality. The bellboys were really friendly and showed high customer care - excellent service! All in all a nice hotel in Chicago!"

"Great location, easy to get by with public transportation, and many things to see within walking distance. The hostel personnel were great. The common facilities were great too, but the carpets and furniture in the room were a bit worn down, and not very clean. There was a very good, and free breakfast. It was a bit noisy because of the trains, but got used to it in the end. I didn't feel a party-travellers feeling at the hotel, it was very quiet, and almost not-approachable guests actually. But...
