"Stayed here for a week with the the whole family (two kids under 10 and five adults). The house was exactly what we expected and great for our trip. We especially loved the location just down the street from the beach and sound. We made most of our own meals while staying, utilizing both the kitchen and the Blackstone (though my husband notes the attached side pieces on the grill get hot so he needed a side table for plates). "Extremely clean. Property has a great location and was a no more than five minutes from beach access and had two tackle shops withing 10 minutes. Spacious bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen with complimentary k cups for the keurig. Neighborhood is quiet and clean and easy to get to. Highly recommend "

"The entire stay was in the midst of a great rain storm but the stay was absolutely lovely. The rooms were comfortable, the environment was very pet and family friendly. My only complaint if I had one was the necessity for the floors to be swept before our stay. There were sand bits on the floor, from what i assume was brought in from the hosts or the last guests. Beyond that, we enjoyed the spacious yet comfy stay. Thank you to Ryan for staying in good contact with me. "
