"I enjoy going to the Outer Banks off season when it's a bit cooler and there are a lot less people. We wanted to be able to have a house close to the beach that also provided some privacy and we wanted a hot tub. In addition, we require a full kitchen because my son has allergies so we can't go to restaurants. I have to cook all of our meals.This was a lovely home. "Very nice for New Year’s Eve "

"The entire stay was in the midst of a great rain storm but the stay was absolutely lovely. The rooms were comfortable, the environment was very pet and family friendly. My only complaint if I had one was the necessity for the floors to be swept before our stay. There were sand bits on the floor, from what i assume was brought in from the hosts or the last guests. Beyond that, we enjoyed the spacious yet comfy stay. Thank you to Ryan for staying in good contact with me. "

"Four of us (two adults and two grown kids) stayed for five nights over the holiday weekend. The location of this property right on the Duck/Southern Shores boundary was just great. Sunset views of the bay were great and the ocean was a short walk or drive away. The property was very clean.
