"Firstly the accommodation is in someone's backyard, not informed of this when booked. Thought it was a house on private property. That was the biggest letdown. Had tradies turn up to do a job at the house on the 25/2 with no communication from people we rented room from. Blocked driveway and lost power. Tradies happy to move cars if we needed. "Couldn't fault amything. The cottage had everything in it you could think of.Bed was so comfortable, location fantastic, our doggo had the best time running and playing in the paddock.And watching the sun rise over Bells Beach only 5 minute drive away "

"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...
