"I will start off with the Host Shannon Wonderful person to deal with,the place was tidy,clean and cozy. Being able to bring pets was a plus,better than any hotel room by far pretty much anything basic you would ever need or forgot on your trip was there if you needed it.Well recommended to anyone who is Staying in Kingston Definitely a 6 ****** place to stay."

"So calm and quiet,bed and pillows very comfy.Clean bathroom,shower provides hot water to your taste,and good stream.Host very discret but available and helpful.Nice neighborhood.The kitchenette has everything you need.The host even adds a toaster during our stay. Although there is a sofa that converts in a bed,maybe good for kids,not too comfy for an adult. That will be my only bémol for that studio-cozy room.In all a very nice surprise.Thank you Gaël."

"Clean, modern basement apartment, suitable for a family of four. One bedroom plus pull out sofa. Full kitchen. Bancroft has some great spots to eat, we recommend Bancroft Brewing Company for dinner, and enjoyed shopping downtown at Mack Attack Outdoors. Guest WiFi slow and unreliable."

"The property itself was nice and overall good, but we had a major issue with the hot water during our stay. When we contacted the host, we were told a plumber couldn't come for a couple of days and nothing could be done. To make matters worse, when we requested a concession for the severe inconvenience, the host ignored our calls and completely denied any refund."

Bereits die Anreise verlief problematisch: Der zugesagte Zugangscode wurde trotz mehrfacher Nachrichten und Anrufe nicht rechtzeitig übermittelt. Erst nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Vrbo erhielten wir Zugang.Die Unterkunft wies zahlreiche Mängel auf. Es fehlte an Privatsphäre, da durch die Verglasung des Nebeneingangs Einblicke in Küche und Bad möglich sind. Statt einer fest installierten...

"Very clean and modern space. Within walking distance of many restaurants. There are renters in the lower level of the house with a dog, so sometimes I would hear them, especially in the early morning."

"What a wonderful stay!! Patricia the hostess was very attentive and kind. We arrived to a beautiful home on the water which was clean and cozy. We loved being able to walk the town, ride the trails in our ATV and having bon fires at night with the reflection of lights on the water was magical. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend "
