"The cottages are great! Have everything you need to escape the city. We aren't big on fishing, but if you are, this place would be amazing for you. Fishing boats + an area for cleaning fish is available. The pool is great! The water is a little chilly, but a great reprieve on a hot day. The only negative is if you have a dog with you, there arent a ton of places to walk them that aren't just around other people's properties or a short drive away. "The cottage was cute and small but more than enough room for my too adult children and I as well as our dog. Loved being on the water, bonfires lakeside each night. We each had our own room, plus the kitchen dining and living area, all cute. We were lucky it wasn't too humid however fans were provided in each room, all amenities made it easy to pack. The only thing my kids may wish is that the door frames were a bit higher but as they are on the tall side I am sure this wouldn't affect most...

The owners were so wonderful, leaving everything needed for a wonderful week. The lake was great for swimming. The kids had an absolute blast jumping in off the docks.
