I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. "I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

Til gengæld var det helt elendigt, at det kostede penge at få adgang til træningscenteret - var der ca. 20 euro pr. gang eller lign.?! - og bar/restauranten var ikke just hyggelig."

"The Hotel Indigo Shibuya is an excellent hotel clean modern and an ideal location. The staff is excellent and speak English to make checking in very easy. The rooms are clean and modern with great views of the city. Turn down service was nice for those long days of walking when getting back to the room. Overall excellent top notch 5 stars would recommend!!"
