"Excellent hotel and location."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Our original room had a severe mosquito problem, making it impossible to stay there comfortably. We were forced to switch rooms around 11:00 PM, which was especially difficult because we were traveling with our 6-month-old baby and had to move all of our belongings late at night. The second room was also not properly stocked. It was missing basic amenities like shampoo and soap, which added to the frustration. While I appreciate that the...

"The place and location is great, one of the best beaches in Panama, the real problem with the hotel is the staff, long faces, no solve problem members, they could do better, the food is great, we got the chance to meet the Chef, great energy, always willing to help the guests."

"De Fik 100USD som ekstra værelse sikkerhed og de gøre alt for at beholde den ! Til sidst fik vi kun 32USD Pool var mega beskidt og man kunne ikke få eller køber morgen mad Ejeren virker rar men de tvinge en til at acceptere deres vilkår med deres falske smil! Virkeligt det dårligst service jeg nogensinde har opleve !"
