"Stayed one night, the hotel is very nice and clean, friendly staff, close to I-90. Secured parking lot. That said, right outside the hotel gate there are a lot of homeless people and it does not feel like at safe area to be walking in."

"We had a very nice stay, the room was nice and clean, pool and fitness also very good. I was though very disappointed to find out the use of plastic! The complimentary breakfast was on plastic plates, plastic “silverware”, plastic “glasses”. Apart from it being a sad experience it also surpriced me that a hotel does not take more responsibility towards the environment and the climate crisis and at least use less plastic. Our room had a huge refrigerator and a dishwasher, but only 2 knives and 2 spoons, 2 plates etc. when we asked for more they gave us plastic. So really a nice hotel, but I hope management will rethink the use of plastic. We all have a responsibility."

"Arrived late and just wanted to relax and watch Tv in my Room 156 before going to sleep, But Unfortunately there is no picture just sound and the tv keeps showing no program available no bottom of screen, no matter what channel I am on. Very disappointing and feel that’s a basic amenity that should work."
