"We stayed at this location for 5 days while my son played in a baseball tournament at Dreams Park. It had everything and more we could ask for. Kitchen was incredible as we took advantage of the grill and kitchen amenities. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Great dining room and common area to hang out as a family. Perfect distance to Hall of Fame and ball park. Highly recommend."

"Dan was a wonderful host. We had an issue with one of the A/C units and he came out within the hour to check on it and even brought a replacement unit in case he couldn't fix the one that was there. The house has 3 bathrooms and was perfect for 3 families to share; each bathroom has nearby bedrooms/space. The 3 twin bed room is great for older siblings as there is a "den" area in the room and gives them a separate space to hang out. We really enjoyed our time in Cooperstown! "

"The house was as advertised. It is conveniently located close to downtown Cooperstown. The remodel bathrooms were nice though small. The kitchen was very usableI would return for future visits. "

"We just stayed there for CASV week 11 (7/31-8/6/24) with two other families (5 adults and 3 kids) while our boys enjoyed the week at CASV. The property was very clean, comfortable and only about 8 minutes from CASV so going back and forth was a breeze, especially for a 1:45am game!!! The rooms are good in size, beds are very comfortable and location is great. Highly recommend to any families attending CASV and wanting to be close to the facility without compromising space, comfort or location!"

"This house exceeded our expectations. All Star Village was just minutes away and the Rite Aid across the street and DD and McDonalds nearby were much appreciated by the 10 year old. When Dave said it was fully stocked that was an understatement! It had everything we could need during our stay. The house was very clean with comfortable beds (with much needed AC in each bedroom and living area) and plenty of towels for four adults and a 10 year old.
