The hosts are very easy to do business with. We had a small issue in that we forgot to mention our dog was coming with us. The host was very gracious in our conversations about this oversight and we worked it out quickly. Additionally, they are more laid back than some hosts. There weren’t signs posted...

"The house was wonderful. It was comfortable and the kitchen is nicely updated. It had plenty of room for all 11 of us, our youngest was 12yrs old. We never felt crowded. Each room had its own AC unit for personalized controls. The kitchen had everything would need, including small prepping/cooking appliances. We brought our kayaks and kayaked to sulfur island. The nearby beach was only a couple miles away. Overall we had a wonderful time."

"We had a lovely week at Hubbard Lake in this house! Overall it was very clean and comfortable, and had great features that we really enjoyed. The only issues we encountered were that the digital check-in process didn't work and was pretty stressful to deal with after a long drive with little kids. Also, there were no curtains in the bedrooms, which was a bit of a problem for privacy and sleep, but I'm sure that the owners will be getting on that soon."

"Communication with the property owner was fantastic! Jennie kept us well informed, and always answered my messages within minutes. The property was very tidy, and had everything you can think of. Large selection of kitchen cooking/eating utensils, lots of extra linens/towels, and so tastefully decorated; it felt like being at home! The upstairs ceiling is quite low (my 6'1" son's head touched the ceiling and all of us had to duck to go up or down the stairs), but the owner is up front about that...

"The cabin is so cozy, clean, and exactly what I needed! Host is great and communicative and made check-in and checkout a breeze! Everything went seamlessly and I can't wait to come back! The state park is a nice walk, or super short drive with cool rocks and really nice trails. I had a couple of friends come out and stay a couple of nights and they absolutely adored the cabin and location as well. I. Super grateful to the host for sharing this amazing little place!"

"Had a nice weekend staying in this cabin. It's very clean with plenty of room. The kitchen is bright and inviting and it was nice to sit at the table to enjoy morning coffee. The ceiling fans, variety of lighting options and abundance of outlets were a bonus. The owner is flexible and helpful if you have any questions. First time to Hubbard Lake - beautiful lake and friendly people."
