"This was our 2nd time staying here! Great location, perfect size. I don’t think anyone had stayed there for quite sometime. It needed a deep clean. Base boards pretty dirty, lots of hair in bathroom in corners. The bedroom sheets could be replaced. Very worn and little balls all over them. Host is wonderful tho and responsive. We will definitely stay again when coming for fishing tourney on the Ozarks! "

"Overall, this was a great property. Check-in was easy through the Vrbo app. Code entry means you don’t have to have a key to carry around. Plenty of room for two cars. Kitchen and plenty of utensils and space. Sleeping arrangements were OK as we had us in one room and all of the kids in the other room. If it was three couples, somebody would have to share a room. "We loved our stay. There was a few things inside the tree house that needed some care. The bottom sliding door did not lock. The shower head on main level,depending on setting, would spray everywhere and not just forward. The air conditioner could not keep up the first night. It was so HOT when we arrived. If you know there will be guests you really need to set that to be cool for their arrival. That was miserable. The bugs came in so really need screen on front door or do something different to...
