We recommend having a vehicle to explore the Lake of the Ozarks area, as most attractions, restaurants, and shops are best accessed by car. Free parking is available at the cottage. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area but may have limited availability during peak times. The Margaritaville Resort also offers a complimentary shuttle within the resort grounds—perfect for getting to the golf course, restaurants, or the LandShark Bar. For air travelers, the closest general aviation options are Grand Glaize Airport and Lee C. Fine Airport, while Columbia and Springfield-Branson National Airports offer commercial flights within driving distance.

House Rules – Pets, Quiet Hours, No Parties, No Smoking
We want all our guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Putters Paradise, so please take a moment to review our house rules:

Pets: We welcome well-behaved dogs under 25 lbs with prior approval and an additional daily pet fee.. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside, never left unattended, and owners are responsible for picking up after them and any damages caused.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a peaceful, family-friendly community, so we ask that all guests respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

No Parties or Events: This home is designed for relaxing getaways, not large gatherings or parties. Unauthorized events may result in immediate removal and additional fees.

No Smoking or Vaping: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the home. A minimum $500 fee will be charged for odor removal and deep cleaning if this policy is violated.

Pet Policy Pets are only allowed with prior approval at least 48 hours before arrival. Approved pets must be 25 pounds or under, with current registration and vaccination records provided. There is a daily pet fee of $50 that must be paid. Pets must remain on a leash at all times when outside, may not be left unattended in the home, and guests are required to clean up all pet waste from the exterior property. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Failure to follow this policy may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. Bringing a pet without prior approval will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee being charged to the reservation. Thank you for helping us keep the home safe, clean, and comfortable for all guests!
No Smoking or Vaping Policy – Interior & Exterior This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property—including both the interior of the home and all exterior areas such as decks, patios, and the dock. This policy applies to all forms of smoking and vaping, including tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund. Guests who choose to ignore this rule will be required to leave the property immediately upon discovery. In addition: A $650 non-refundable smoke remediation and cleaning fee will be charged to return the property to a clean, safe condition. Any additional damages or lingering odors caused by smoking or vaping will result in further charges. All reviews from violating guests will be reported and disqualified due to non-compliance with house rules. We strictly enforce this policy to protect the quality of our home and the comfort of all future guests. Thank you for respecting this rule.
