*Non-Smoking Property
Smoking, including vape pens, marijuana, cigarettes, and other inhalation devices, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Smoking on property will incur a fee of $500.00 additional cleaning.
Violations of this rule are considered a breach of the rental agreement, and immediate damages will be charged, with potential early termination of the lease and loss of all rents paid.

*Pet Fee: There is an additional daily pet cleaning fee of $25 per pet* per night, which helps cover the cost of routine cleaning. This fee does not include any damages caused by the pet.
*Pet Approval and Weight Limit: Only one pet up to 25 pounds is permitted, and prior approval is required.
*Potty Trained Pets Only: Pets must be fully potty trained. Owners acknowledge and confirm this requirement before bringing their pet into the home.
Early check-in can be request on the morning of and if available a fee of $25 per hour is due.* Lake checkout can be requested the night prior and considered on a case by case basis.* An additional fee of $25 per hour is due.

Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior approval, a signed pet agreement, and verification. An additional daily pet fee will apply. Unauthorized pets may result in cancellation without refund.
Guest Verification: All occupants must be verified prior to arrival. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
Be a Good Neighbor: Please respect the property, community, and surrounding homes. Loud parties or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Check-In/Check-Out Procedures: Guests are required to follow all provided check-in and check-out instructions.
Policy Enforcement: Failure to follow these rules or any other house guidelines may result in immediate cancellation without refund and removal of any posted reviews per platform policy.

No Smoking Policy
This is a 100% smoke-free property, including all indoor areas, outdoor decks, patios, and the dock. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. If there are any signs of smoking or evidence (including odor, ashes, or damage), a minimum cleaning and restoration fee of up to $500 will be charged to the guest. Thank you for helping us keep the home fresh and enjoyable for all guests.
Pet Policy
Pets are only allowed with prior approval at least 48 hours before arrival. Approved pets must be 25 pounds or under, with current registration and vaccination records provided. Pets must remain on a leash at all times when outside, may not be left unattended in the home, and guests are required to clean up all pet waste from the exterior property.
