Margaritaville area Spacious 2 bedroom home has been recently updated with guest comfort and pet friendly features in mind. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and attached bathroom. Guest bedroom has two queen sized beds with a split floorplan design for maximum privacy.

Scenic Views: Enjoy picturesque views of both the lake and the golf course, creating a peaceful space to enjoy family time. The outdoor space includes a large covered patio with an outdoor Tv and a propane grill.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The full-sized kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including the convenience of a full-size coffee pot or Keurig machine, catering to your culinary needs. The home has pots and pans and dishes, so it is equipped to make your favorite dishes.

Modern Washer and Dryer: Make use of the modern washer and dryer, ensuring convenience and efficiency during your stay.

Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind on the outdoor patio, complete with a private grill for BBQ evenings and ample seating for enjoying the breathtaking views.

The Margaritaville main resort is only several miles away including Landshark bar and Grill. Margaritaville has some paid amenities accessible to the public please refer to their website for prices and hours of operation, some activities may not be available depending on the season and day of the week of your stay. This home has private ownership and is not related to the resort. I am unable to directly answer questions related to resort access. Red Head which has a unique dining experience year round is within 5 miles. Please check directly with any place you intend to visit prior to your arrival as hours and availability may vary depending on the season.

Renters have access to two unique homeowner and guest-only code access pools, adding to the luxurious experience of staying in this community. The Home owner and their guest pools are often less crowded than public access pools. Pools are seasonal and close after sept 7th.

Osage Beach and the surrounding areas have many activities available in all seasons. Some local favorites include Celebration cruises, Ha Ha Tonka where you can visit the Castle ruins, Big Surf water park, 4 local caves, numerous wineries, state park locations and more. Check with each location regarding seasonal hours of operation.

They record video and audio only on motion and are not actively monitored. The check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10 am.. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed at house. No boats or trailers. Rental of this house includes access to 2 outdoor estate pools and there are several local pools open to the public. Pools are seasonal and will close sometime after sept 7th. Rental of this home does not include access to indoor pools or fitness center.

Pet policy. Dog must be on a leash when outside per hoa rules even in parking lot areas. Maximum of one dog allowed.

THE MAXIMUM occupancy of this house is 6 people per fire department regulations including visitors.

In order to keep the cleaning fee as low as possible, I am unable to accommodate a late check-out. Early check in policy. An early check in may be requested the day before your stay and is based on availability. The fee for an early check in is 40$.
