Outstanding!
Our stay at Ormond by the Sea was perfect. From sunrise to sunset, we enjoyed every minute. Susan was so accommodating and ensured every detail of our stay was pleasant. We thank her housekeeping staff for going above and beyond for us. We were able to enjoy our son in laws graduation and check in just in time. We will be back for sure! Mary and Rick

Great family vacation spot
Me, my husband, and 10 year old daughter had a great time at this property. The condo matches the pictures and you can't beat being right on the ocean. The property has everything you need to enjoy the beach (towels, chairs, sand toys, etc), but there are lots of things to do in the area as well. The owner Susan was warm and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Blessed time
Susan has created a lovely, restful atmosphere to allow for reflection on the beauty of God's creation with each new day. The sunrises were glorious and the pounding surf brought great sleep every night. The building is structurally solid which prevents noise from neighbors in all directions. Susan is a gracious, welcoming host who responds immediately to any questions. The kitchen is well supplied with nice quality cookware and utensils. If you dine out, we would highly recommend Hull's for fresh, delicious seafood. The ice cream at Surfin' Scoops is the best we have had in both quality and quantity!! Thank you, Susan and Dave for sharing your wonderful condo!!

Perfect long weekend
The property is perfect, relaxing and even better than described. Great location, very clean, comfortable, well stocked, great communication with Susan. Easy beach access, great views, great restaurants close by. We would stay here again when in the area.

The mot amazing condo and hosts!!!!!
After our condo had a water leak, Susan came to the rescue. The unit was beyond perfect. The view from the balcony, the proximity to everything you need, the comfortable beds ( slept so well) the kitchen, and the amazing rain shower, we are spoiled for all future travels. Susan had great local recommendations which were spot on! We loved everything. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel with more amenities. Great access to beach and pool area is perfect for relaxing and reading. We would stay there again and again. Great condo, great hosts, luxury, and so clean! We had an amazing time!!!

Beautiful Relaxing Property
Susan’s property is STUNNING. The views are to die for. We will definitely be staying here again! The property was very clean and we loved that this is a property we could just show up to and enjoy vacation. Beach chairs and toys are provided, the access to a washer and dryer, and the beautiful unit itself made our stay totally relaxing. We loved spending the day on the beach and the evenings watching wildlife from the balcony. We even saw some dolphins! Susan had some wonderful suggestions that we took advantage of and were some of the highlights of our trip. Will stay again!

Gorgeous condo and lovely stay!
This is the second time we have stayed in one of Susan’s condos and the first time in this one. It is absolutely beautiful inside and the view is amazing! Susan is an amazing host. So sweet and accommodating! I will always stay in her condos when in Ormond Beach!

Amazing Host, Amazing Property, and Amazing VIEW
Amazing started when I booked the suite and very shortly received communication from Susanne. She was able to confirm the reservation and also to share with me additional information specific to my trip. From there, she made herself available to answer all questions, and to prepare me for arrival and access to the property. Her positive upbeat personality genuinely created anticipation for our vacation because she was sharing favorite places to eat, visit, and areas of focus to enjoy our stay. The posting is very accurate so parking near the door, the gathering of luggage and the trip up to the condo was extremely easy given the close proximity of parking. The ammenities were very comfortable from the entry of the Condo, sitting on the balcony, and sleeping in a very comfortable bed with the light sounds of ocean waves made for a very restful nights sleep each night. Sunrise with breakfast on the balcony was amazing given we had the luxury of seeing whales lightly rolling in the distance on the calm ocean. Susanne checked in the night before our departure to ensure we had everything we needed, and on the day of departure went above and beyond to ensure we was accommodated as needed. The stay was effortless, the condo was relaxing, and the amazing attitude of Susanne ensured we will be coming back soon! I would give the experience a 10 if that was an option! It was AMAZING!!!

Honeymoon Wrap Up
We spent the last two nights of our honeymoon here. Everything was Fantastic!! It’s a beautiful condo, artfully decorated and with awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean. Susan (our hostess) could not have been more responsive!! I definitely recommend this unit and will certainly stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

My husband and I escaped our 6 kids for a weekend of planning, connecting and goal setting. From start to finish, she made the process enjoyable. It ended up being a rainy weekend but nobody can predict the weather very far ahead. The condo was as advertised and beautifully decorated. The owner was more than gracious and extremely helpful.

Relaxing Getaway
Great property! Clean, updated, spacious, and fully stocked. The beach front was private and easy to access. There is also a Publix right across the street which was very convenient. Would definitely book again and recommend to others!

Fall Break Getaway!
What absolutely perfect week. If I could give Susan 10 Stars I would. From the Beautiful Decor the Views and it was Spotless. All you need is a Swimsuit, everything is provided for you. Beach Chairs, Beach Towels , Umbrellas and a playmate cooler for the beach. Everything is Secure there which made me feel very comfortable. Keys to get in the building and to open the gate for beach access. Open parking which I Love, always plenty of spaces. Susan gave me links to great places to eat and go see. I had my 8 year old grandson with us . So we drove over to Universal 1day short drive about 1 hour and 10 minutes. We drove over to Daytona Beach and ate at Bubba Gumps which is a must do best meal I had all week only about 15 minutes from the condo. If your looking for a million dollar view and the Perfect Host this is the place for you. Thank You Susan for a Fabulous much needed Wonderful Vacation.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very well equipped from kitchen equipment to beach chairs. Very artistically decorated and clean. The building is older and may not blow you away at first. However it is well maintained. I have stayed at quite a few VRBOs and Susan was the most hospitable and phone available. Hope to rent there again

Five stars isn’t enough to describe this property! Amazing views from the balcony. The sunrise, the moonlight shining over the ocean waters. And all the amenities you would have at your own home. I would rate it 10 out of 5. One of the best places that we have been. We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and would not have chosen a better place. The beach is private, clean, and peaceful. The local restaurants are fantastic. The apartment is exceptionally decorated, but the best of this trip was Susan (the host), she was always available and worried about making our stay perfect and it was. Thank you!

YOWZA, don't miss out on this property!
This is an incredible property! The condo was built in the early 80s and shows it's age just a big on the exterior - could use a little TLC in the paint dept. (although it has been updated in the things that really count, like the elevators), but WOW on Susan's renovation of her units there. 703 is spectacular, beautifully appointed and decorated, and she has made sure her guests have every little thing they need, from coffee to beach/pool items. When the tide is in, the condo is so close to the beach that when you look out at the view, all you see is ocean and it gave us the impression that we were literally on a cruise ship. The patio is spacious and has great furniture on it. We sat out there with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening - gorgeous! The pool is large, RIGHT on the beach and was very uncrowded when we were there (early Sept.) And don't get me started on the comfy bed.... We can't wait to be able to get back down there. Soooo many great restaurants in Ormond Beach too!

This is the place!
We will definitely come back. This is our kind of place. Quiet. Clean. Comfy. Off the beaten path but so peaceful. Our host is amazing. We stay in a lot of hotels and we stay in a lot of VRBO spots. This is a keeper.

Our stay at this property was perfect from making the reservation to checking out. I have never experienced an owner so prompt and organized. The pride in her condo was clear, the way it was furnished, the cleanliness, and her help in finding local things to do in and around town. Great Low Stress beachfront Location
We had a great time staying in this very low stress location. We’ve stayed in beachfront condos in downtown Daytona Beach, and it’s usually a high volume of vacationers to resources. Staying here, I never had to wait more than a minute or two for the elevator, the pool was by far and large a reasonable number of people, and the beach in front of the condo is not overcrowded. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby, and if you want to spend time on the Oceanwalk or in downtown Daytona, it’s a short drive. The condo is clean and has everything you need. The check in process is low tech, but not complicated, and the owner made herself very accessible in case we needed anything. We had a great stay and will return next year.

Amazing Vacation Property

You'll want to stay longer!
Susan and Dave's condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable and has the most beautiful views you could have on the beach. We were able to watch the sunrise and sunset and the beach stretched for miles with very few other people around. Susan was a wonderful host and goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a wonderful stay. She also provides you with a list of recommendations of wonderful restaurants. We were only able to stay 2 nights but we could have stayed forever. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Simply Amazing!
Just an amazing experience and stay at this wonderful place. It was magical. We had everything we needed to make this a memorable family vacation. The condo is spotless. The views are amazing, the rooms were so inviting and cozy. My daughter loved her room and the master was serendipitous! The pool and beach were a perfect location for us. Lovely quiet respite
We enjoyed our time at this property. Susan is wonderful. She communicated with us many times to be sure that we knew all the area had to offer. Her place is clean, quiet and all the amenities you could ask for. The neighbors were nice as well. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We will return later this year.

Perfect beach getaway
Awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean and soothing sounds of the waves on the beach. Lots of fresh seafood restaurants to enjoy! Extremely relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the NASCAR facility tour at Daytona International Speedway.

This property is one of the prettiest places we have stayed and the view is spectacular. We loved the location. It’s a quiet area of Ormond Beach and only minutes to some of our favorite restaurants. An amazing week in Ormond Beach
We had the best time in Ormond Beach when we stayed at Susan’s condo. I am still dreaming about the amazing view! Susan was the best host and was always available for any questions that we had. This condo was fabulous. Everything from location, deco of the condo, the restaurants that were near, shopping, the perfect place for 2 friends since 1st grade to go on vacation. And we are 72 now. The owner was super nice and helpful and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

We had the most wonderful vacation at this beautifully appointed condo with the best view ever! I haven't felt this relaxed in years. I stayed in the gorgeous master suite and was awakened every morning by the beautiful sunrise streaming in on my face. I'd go straight out to the balcony and just soak it up. Seeing the ocean as far out to the left and right and straight ahead until it met and touched the sky looked like what I imagine heaven to look like. I took pictures and short videos every single morning and have looked at them daily since returning home. In addition to being beautifully decorated, this condo had all the extras to make us feel like we were at our own home. So many extras like boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, board games, extra sunscreen if you run out, seasonings for cooking, scissors, matches, etc... The salt water pool is fabulous and looks right out on the ocean! The wall around it is glass so you feel as if you're on the beach! The owner, Susan, is so friendly and helpful with many ideas of where to eat and what to do. She has a book made up for you with all the information right at your fingertips. There is so much to do in the area, IF you want to leave that beautiful view! I could go on and on. What a beautiful place Ormond Beach is and this condo and it's location is paradise, can't wait to return. I'd love to stay for a month straight. Enjoy!

Fabulous in every way!
Our stay of 3 nights was too short. The area is wonderful and the condo was essentially perfect. The views were amazing, weather perfect and we even saw a rocket launch from our balcony. Wonderful owners with great info and suggestions about the area. Will definitely book again!!
