Dette er et 2. sal studio med privat balkon med udsigt over stranden og havet. Beliggende direkte på stranden, helt ny dronning størrelse Murphy seng, som har en memory gel madras. På stedet parkering, WIFI, kabel-tv og telefon service inkluderet. Lille pool på ejendommen. Kæledyr er ikke tilladt. RØGNING i enhederne. Køkkenet bliver ombygget september 2019. Eric var din tidligere konsekvent Premier Partner for denne leje.
Self-check-in med tastatur.
Denne enhed har direkte strandudsigt og er 357 sq ft. Bygningen har træ skridt til stranden direkte foran denne enhed. Eller slappe af ved poolen! Strand stole, badehåndklæder, strand måtter og en parasol og baldakin er inkluderet i enheden til din eksklusive brug .. Ud over kabel-tv, Netflix, Prime-kanaler og Pandora til rådighed. Vi har til hensigt at opretholde eller overgå de høje krav fra de tidligere ejere, og give den bedste udlejningsoplevelse muligt! Administrationsselskabet benyttes til lokalt at koordinere vedligeholdelsesproblemer og rengøring.
Jeg vil definere det samlede lejebehov i mit første svar på eventuelle henvendelser. Event satser kan finde anvendelse under 'race week' og 'bikeweek.' Kontakt mig venligst for eventuelle ændrede 'begivenheds' ugedage datoer, du vil have, enten længere eller kortere. Bikeweek kræver mindst 6 nites. Rabatter til rådighed for månedlige ophold.

James and Sonya are fantastic. This is the cleanest condo with a great view of the ocean. Hosts are very easy to contact and take care of you the entire time. We highly recommend this property. We were able to see dolphins almost every morning. We will return to this property for more R&R.Thank you James and Sonya!

Great stay!

We needed a little relaxation after 8 days at Walt Disney World. Great little unit, extremely clean and had everything you would need. Close to good restaurants as well. The unit faced the ocean and the beach was literally right outside. Great communication with the host as well. Zero problems and a wonderful way to unwind after Disney!

Excellent

This property is very comfortable. Great location. I loved relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. The hosts provided info for things locally. There were specially folded washclothes, towels,and a tissue flower attached to the bath tissue to pretty up the bathroom. A very nice touch!

Perfect Getaway

This condo was the perfect place to stay while visiting Ormond Beach. There wasn't anything that the hosts had not thought of as to stocking the condo. Such nice people. Hated to leave. Loved sitting on balcony watching the waves.

A Little Slice of Heaven

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this place is. The owners left nothing out! They even left us an anniversary surprise. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony watching the waves. I have never stayed anywhere that you were literally this close to the beach. It was clean and comfy and the owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. We will absolutely be back. We have talked about making this at least a yearly (if not more) trip. Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

A favorite beach weekend spot for us!

We found this gem in 2020 and we keep coming back every summer before our son goes back to school. we love how its right on the beach and also love that is in Ormond Beach but still close enough to Daytona Beach for the bigger things. The hosts are always so sweet and go above and beyond, and you can really feel their passion to make sure that your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. ❤️

Ormond Beach Oceanfront Studio

My wife and I spent a wonderful two nights in the oceanfront studio. Jim was an excellent host. The studio included everything needed for spending a day on the beach. Jim let us know the Falcon 9 rocket was to launch from Cape Canaveral Friday evening. We had an unbelievable view of the launch from the balcony of our room! I highly recommend this property!

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful view. Accommodations were above and beyond and well thought out to meet the needs of their renters- seriously, so buttoned down. Much Appreciated. Hope our travels in the future brings us back to Ormond Beach.

Cozy Beach Getaway

Our stay at Symphony was wonderful. The studio was clean and modern with everything furnished and then some. We actually would not have had to bring anything except our clothes! There was extra of everything from toiletries, to a fully furnished kitchen with lots of spices and other condiments, gourmet coffee, a bag of candy waiting for us and a bottle of Spanish wine. We have never used a pull-down bed, but it turned out to be quite nice and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony enjoying a glass of wine or our coffee in the morning, gazing out at the beautiful beach and ocean. The property was very quiet and the housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful. I could go on and on about the amenities but the review would be way too long! It is obvious that the owners try very hard to please their guests. We will definitely stay here again.

Small Space/Big View

This is the cutest little apartment. It’s got a Murphy bed (with a great mattress), and in the daytime, when the bed is up, you’ve got a comfortable living room with a view you won’t believe. The kitchen is tiny, but pretty and functional, and stocked with stuff it probably hadn’t occurred to you to pack and you wish you had. But seriously, it’s about the view. The space includes a nice balcony – again, with the amazing view – where you are likely to spend much of your time when you are not on the beach itself, which is right in front of you. The building itself is a vintage treat, like those old motels where your grandmother used to stay, and it’s nicely maintained. We have been coming here for several years, and we have been pleased to see the energy with which management is constantly making little upgrades and cosmetic improvements. It is probably the smallest building on the beach, which is simply wonderful. No crowds, no milling about, just a nice little pool and the beach, which, as I have already mentioned, is right in front of you. We love this place.

Running out of superlatives

This was our seventh stay at this adorable little apartment with the magnificent view. We have already booked our eighth, ninth and 10th stay. We love this place, and I am trying to think of what else I can say about it that I haven't already said. Exactly as described, you walk outside and are right on the beach. Or, you can look at the beach from your private balcony. Or, if the day is a little bit too chilly for walking on the beach, you can just sit on the couch and look at a splendid view of the ocean from two large windows. Jim and Sonya are delightful hosts. Every time we are here, we find another pleasant surprise they have added to make this property even better than it needs to be. This year, it was a supply of “emergency sweatshirts. Because in Florida in January, you never know.

Above and Beyond Our Expectations!

This one of the few places that delivers way more than what their listing shows! My husband and I came to visit for my birthday, and when we walked in, we were greeted with decorations, balloons, and a lovely table setting. We wanted for absolutely NOTHING! Jim & Sonya truly care about their guests, and went well above any expectations we had going in! Every single bit of the condo has little extra touches to make it a perfect comfy cozy place to land after playing in the water all day. We even got a text letting us know there was a rocket launch on our last evening there. It's a shame that we can only give 5 stars... they definitely deserve more!!! We will undoubtedly be back. Thank you Jim & Sonya!

Amazing little spot

This is our 2nd time staying here- Jim and Sonya are gracious hosts. They communicate every detail with you and always leave the sweetest welcome goodies. They provided my son with some toys and snacks that were customized just for him. We come to the beach to spend all day at the beach and love that it’s just a minute walk to the water. It’s got everything you could possibly need and is a very cozy little space.

This unit was immaculately clean and just perfect for me...small but perfect in every detail. Much more relaxing than a larger complex..even the pool area where most of the time I was by myself...peaceful. no little ones running around or loud college kids. The owners provided everything even beach equipment!!!

Small Studio, Big Surprises

This was our fourth stay at this pretty little space on the beach. Each time, we are surprised and delighted with the additions Jim and Sonya have made since our previous visit. Brand new, comfy loveseat. Dehumidifier that takes up very little space. Aroma therapy capsules for the shower. Barstool chairs on the balcony, high enough that your view of the ocean is not obstructed by the balcony. A good array of high-end spices in the kitchen, and a selection of condiments on the fridge door. A closet shelf with everything you forgot to pack. A basket of treats on the counter when you arrive. An impressive array of coffee options. And Alexa to turn the lights on and off, or to give you the weather report from back home so you can feel smug about your oceanfront retreat. Also, this place is squeaky-clean when we arrive, which is always a delight. Can't wait till our next visit.

Splendid Space, Splendid Location, Splendid Hosts

This was our third time staying in this adorable apartment with its spectacular view. We have already booked our fourth stay. And our fifth. And out sixth. There are plenty of reviews - ours included - that rave about the perfect beachfront location and the incomparable view of the sunrise. Beyond that, it's impossible to say enough about our gracious hosts. Jim and Sonya have thought of everything, and packed every bit of it into a charming and efficient space. They are easy to reach by text, respond immediately, and will make you feel like you are their absolute favorite guests. Since Covid is on nearly everyone's mind these days, I want to add a note about cleaning. The place is always pristine, and even germaphobes like us feel completely comfortable.
