"If you are looking to explore different parts of the Cape then this is the perfect location for you! Close to bay side for low tide, close to the ferry for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Close drive to Province Town as well. All with the perfect comforts of home. If you are looking for a quiet location with all the amenities of home then this is the perfect place. We were thrilled with our stay! The host, Hazel, made it a perfect stay for us! "

"A lovely, private, and quiet location in Brewster. Tom’s garage apartment, nestled among the trees, is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Tom was a gracious host and even though we never met him (he was away), he checked in with us to make sure everything was okay with our arrival.You won’t regret staying here!"

"We loved our stay at this property. This was an upstairs apartment above the host home. It was clean and decorated beautifully. The bed was plush and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location was 15 minutes away from the dock where we could board a boat to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. I highly recommend it."

"I was so impressed with the easy check-in. I loved the condo, it was perfect. Everything I would need was included. My only complaint which is miner, the TV was a bit of a problem, but who watches TV when you have such spectacular views? I would recommend for no more than 3 people."
