Guest Access:
The clubhouse is open daily from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm, while the pool, pool deck area, and playground are open from dawn to dusk. Please note that an access card is needed to gain entry to these facilities.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Kissimmee, Villa Sol is a great central base for those looking to be close to those fabulous Orlando Theme Parks. Local shops, restaurants and supermarkets are only a short walk or easy drive from this great Spanish style community. A new Walmart is located opposite Villa Sol. Another great benefit of this location is the quick and easy driving route over to the East Coast making Cocoa Beach within around an hour's reach.

Getting Around:
Villa Sol in Kissimmee offers easy access to major routes like Osceola Parkway, FL-417, and FL-528, making driving the most convenient way to get around, especially for trips to Disney, Universal, or the airport. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, while Lynx buses provide public transport options for local connections. The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly with sidewalks and trails for walking or biking, and nearby amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are just a short drive away

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that pool/hot tub heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
