Everything was excellent! Very clean and front staff very welcoming. Rooms were very spacious. The restaurant though the staff needs to work better on “teamwork” and covering each other. Brunch took foreverrrdr to be served and it wasn’t even full.

Very loud with lots of construction work in the are, property tried to gently blame us for the poor experience stay by suggesting that we needed to communicate that we wanted a room quieter. They downgraded us without refunding us back right next to a construction site. We would definitely not come back. A little overrated. Nate did everything he could to accommodate, but still never refunded us the downgrade.

This covered the cost of the food and the waters that you purchased. I do understand if you did not like the location of your room, but at the time you checked in, the only rooms we had available were near the front of the hotel. We stay at this hotel everytime we come to Orlando! We will continue to stay here whenever we visit Orlando! Great service and nice size room! Bed was a little hard for my husband but it could be his weird sleep schedule.

As a frequent traveler, I have encountered my fair share of hotel experiences. However, my recent stay at The Delaney has been, by far, the worst. We only chose this hotel because it was a short drive to the arena as we were in town to attend a concert. Parking was adequate, as was the room. The real issue starts when we checked out. I unfortunately left behind 2 black bags with clothes and belongings in the room. We didn't realize this until that night. Once we realized this, we immediately called the hotel. We explained the situation and the staff seemed disinterested and dismissive, informing me that they would 'look into it.' After waiting for hours with no update, I contacted them again. They kept brushing me off and informed me they would contact the 'cleaning manager' to investigate. They finally reached back out to me to let me know that the staff did in fact see the bags but said the bags were trash. In no way, shape or form would those bags be confused with trash. After telling me this, they said the bags were nowhere to be found. The hotel management, of course, reluctant to admit fault, won't admit that their cleaning staff stole my bags. Now I have to file a police report and try to pursue compensation. The lack of security and blatant disregard for guest privacy at The Delaney is appalling. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this establishment at all costs. The staff is dishonest and untrustworthy, and your belongings are not safe in their hands. If you hav

The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. The parking garage was challenging to find and there was a lot of street noise from the busy road below our room.

We travelled for nine hours to be told there was no AC and we should find somewhere else to stay because they said our room was the hottest one facing the sun. No I’m worries, offers, but handed us a fan over the counter. We asked receptionist to call us a taxi and paid 400 more to stay elsewhere. Super disappointed especially at the end of a long journey.

I live the room it was very n clean. I stopped by early and the young women was not very cordial when asked check in time she never even look up at me. She was not very nice. The young that received us later that was absolutely 💯 awesome. She perfect and so was the rest of the staff i encounter.

Excellent service and wonderful hotel restaurant with a fantastic bar. Beautiful updated room with great in-room amenities. Microwave and gym on property. Refrigerator in room and nice coffee machine. Free coffee in lobby everyday. Will return when in Orlando!

Pros: -plush, very comfortable bed - quiet -great bathroom with amazing waterfall shower and dual sinks -Roku device with tv so can watch streaming services -pretty close to main Orlando theme parks -parking close and short walk to hotel -they asked what time want room service to come so could have them come not too early as wanted Cons: -no pool -lighting in room a bit dim -food options not great for kids (room service but tavern restaurant has way too fancy food, just wanted basic options) -no vending machine on floor. Though have a nice water and ice station on second floor by nice little fitness room Overall great value for the cost. If had a pool and better food options would have been even better.

Very nice hotel. An inexpensive Uber ride to get to Dr. Phillips Center and downtown. Our first time staying but will definitely be going back!

There was a LOUD rattling sound in our room (Room 14) Tried to move but no other rooms were available first night. Asked for it to be repaired. In town for a conference that started early and ended late each day. Left before 8am and returned near 11pm each day, so not really possible to change rooms. When it was not fixed second day, a different clerk at the desk said the rattle was the vent for the kitchen. It was "normal." They put us in a room with a constant rattle loud enough to be heard with earplugs in, and they KNEW about it. Shame on you! At over $200 a night that is completely unacceptable. Rooms in that are of the hotel should not be rented. When we checked our and told them we were not happy with the stay, we were told a manager would reach out to us. Crickets. Do not stay here.

We are diligently working with engineering and outside companies to get this issue fixed as this should have not been an issue you had to deal with during your stay. What a hidden gem!. Hidden away on a quiet street in Orlando. Comfortable room and friendly staff. I couldn’t have asked for more.
