The Space:

Every corner of this Reunion Resort villa is designed for family togetherness, from spacious living areas to a gourmet kitchen ready for big breakfasts. Outside, the heated pool shimmers under clear skies, offering a perfect spot to cool off after a day at Disney.



Sleeping arrangements

- Bedroom 1 (downstairs) – King Bed, sleeps 2, bathroom attached.

- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) – King Bed, sleeps 2, bathroom attached, balcony overlooking the golf course and pool.

- Bedroom 3 (upstairs) – Twin Bed and Full Bed, sleeps 2, bathroom shared with Bedroom 4.

- Bedroom 4 (upstairs) – Twin Bed and Full Bed, sleeps 2, bathroom shared with Bedroom 3.

- Bedroom 5 (upstairs) – King Bed, sleeps 2, bathroom attached, balcony overlooking the street.

A dedicated movie theater room adds a cinematic touch, while a pool table and video/arcade games keep entertainment options flowing.

A private patio equipped with outdoor furniture invites you to enjoy snacks in the sunshine. Loungers line the area, and the heated pool at Reunion Resort offers a refreshing dip any time of day. Balconies attached to Bedrooms 2 and 5 provide quiet spots to watch the sunset over the resort grounds.

Situated in Kissimmee, the villa offers convenient access to Disney, shopping, and dining while nestled within the tranquil setting of Reunion Resort. Whether you’re seeking adventure or a peaceful retreat, this home provides the space and comforts for a memorable Florida getaway.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard.

There are (2) spots in the driveway for parking.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
