***We have elevated cleanliness standards between all guest stays. Our procedure includes enhanced sanitization procedures on all surfaces. All staff are temperature checked.

Free parking, lots of activities to do on property, with a private in-home pool/hot tub, game systems upstairs, TVs in every room. The community clubhouse is also a huge hit with water slides, lazy river, gym, game room and sports. Please let us know if you have any questions, we are happy to help!

This 4,000 sq. ft. home is in the new Windsor at Westside gated community (sister community to Windsor Hills) and just minutes from Disney. 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with 4 en-suites. Pool area with heated, SOUTH-FACING pool and in-ground Jacuzzi. Game room with seating, pool table and foosball table. We have several homes side-by-side, perfect for large family reunions and groups.

• The clubhouse and fitness center of Windsor at Westside is the best in the Kissimmee area with over 10,000 sq. ft., and has a water park with a lazy river, tiki bar and spa, and a sports and fitness center.

Booking procedure:
Payment processing fee added after reservation - 3% of total reservation
Final payment is due 60 days prior to your stay.
During peak season, we require Saturday or Sunday check in / check out
Peak season: School breaks, holidays, dance competitions, trade show events

Optional extras:
Pool & spa heating: $250/week + taxes

The house was perfect for our group. My grandson loved the lazy river! The drive to Disney was manageable (once we got off Irlo Bronson Blvd!). The pool was a big hit with my grandson also. I would rent this property again

This vacation home was large enough for my family of ten to enjoy being together, but also offering us enough space for alone time. The home was equipped with everything we needed to cook, clean and have fun. In fact it has been one of the most well equipped VRBO’s that I have been in. The furniture in the main room is well used but that didn’t matter as we spent most of the day outside by the pool. It was nice having two patio tables and enough chairs which allowed us to eat our meals together by the pool. Our host April was very responsive. I contacted her about a hair dryer that didn’t work and a new one was delivered the next day. Thanks for the good times April.

Home is very spacious, we even had one empty bedroom. Living room furniture is a little dated, but we didn’t spend much time there. We did not need to contact property managers for anything. Kitchen is well equipped with all appliances. Bedrooms and bedding all comfortable. I was a little disappointed with the resort itself since it is a lot smaller than the photos. The house is definitely worth looking into if you need separate bedrooms and no bunk beds.

What a wonderful place with all the accommodations for all ages. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, everything was in working order, very comfortable beds, and overall highly recommend. We would definitely rent again.

Great home and property to stay with a large family. Home has all necessary amenities required to host a family including kids. There is enough space in the house where it never feels crowded. The property grounds are also wonderful, excellent club house, pool areas (incl lazy river), etc. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Four Corners. It was everything we hoped for and more. The home was incredibly clean and spotless. It was so wonderful to have a crib, high chair, and stroller at the home so we didn’t have to travel with any of these items. We spent almost all of our time by the pool. It was a wonderful view in that it backed up to a beautiful pond with fountain. In the evenings the fountain even lit up. April was great to communicate with and made sure everything about our stay was going well! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation in the area.

Overall we had a good week and enjoyed our stay. The house is large and we had plenty of space for the 9 of us. However, we did have a few problems. The gate situation is a problem. For some reason they don’t give key cards to get in, which often causes a back up at the gate when coming home from the parks. One night we had to wait over an hour to get into the property due to the back up at the gate. There were a few roaches and an ant infestation in the house. We called the property manager and asked them to send pest control. They bought us a can of Raid. We paid to heat the pool, but it didn’t feel warm, and when I contacted the owner, she said it was set to 86 degrees and couldn’t go any higher. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

This home was amazing! Surpassed expectations and we rent homes from VRBO often. Beds were all so comfortable (usually an issue in a lot of rentals), kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools, dishes and pans you’ll need! The pool and hot tub were used EVERY day! We had some issues with spa heat but rental company handled the issue right away! Super quick walk to community center and quick drive to the parks!! The kids did find someone’s bag of underwear under a chair that likely got overlooked by cleaners...no big deal though. Thanks for providing such a fantastic home!! Communication with April was also great, she answered all my questions!!

I can not find the proper words to describe this clean and spacious home. The pictures don’t do it justice. April was always available to answer any questions. I would certainly rent this home again. Thank you April for our stay in your lovely home.

7/8/2019 From the beginning it was a very nice experience. April was very informative and gave us some ideas which made our stay much more enjoyable. The home was very nice and our family group of 17 were very comfortable with nothing but good things to say. The beds were VERY comfortable. A couple of very small items came up, but with one call to management they were almost immediately corrected. We are happy to give this home a 5 Star rating. Larry and Pat Ward

Wonderful experience for our family reunion. Kids enjoyed the pool, cooks enjoyed the kitchen, and the entire family enjoyed the open living spaces and cozy bedrooms. Hope to stay again in the future.

The house was spacious, open and welcoming. We enjoyed coming together as a family in the large kitchen and great room. The covered patio was comfortable with plenty of seating and everyone liked the view of the lake and fountain. We found the clubhouse and community facilities to be a pleasurable added bonus. We will definitely recommend this house to family and friends.

I rented this house for my family of 4, my mother in law, husbands grandmother and our good friends who are a family of 6 to celebrate my 4 year old son and husbands 87 year old grandmothers first trip to Disney World. The house is absolutely stunning. This was my first time renting through VRBO and I had some reservations on what the house would actually look like when we arrived. It didn't disappoint and looked just as pictured. The house was plenty big enough for our party of 12 to spread out and never once feel cramped or on top of each other. Because the house is so new, we had a little bit of trouble locating it the first night but after that it was no problem. The trip from the house to Disney World with traffic during the first week of March took about 20-25 minutes. I don't consider that a bad drive at all. There were plenty of places close to the house to do grocery shopping or dining out. After 4 long days at the parks the kids made sure to save some energy to swim once we got home. We enjoyed the house just as much as we did our days at Disney. Rent this house, you won't be disappointed.

We rented two homes from this owner. Both homes have exactly the same layout, perfect for a bigger group. The home was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The clubhouse offers a lot of amenities as well including a gym, a great pool with a lazy river, arcade, volleyball along with a basketball court. The owner is very responsive, quick to help in anyway she can. This home is definitely a 5 star home!
