The Space:

Promising comfort beyond imagination, our villa accommodates up to 16 guests across 8 bedrooms, all equipped with Smart TV’s and plush bedding. After exploring the Magic Kingdom, retreat into one of our 5 spa-like bathrooms for a rejuvenating soak.
Escape reality in your private home theater, complete with game console, and host evenings of laughter and memories. Our open-concept living area features a large Smart TV with seamless access to a private pool - the heart of your Florida getaway.
In the mood to cook? Our state-of-the-art chef's kitchen has you covered. Stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, a microwave, coffee maker, oven, stove, and a dishwasher - enjoy home-cooked meals without ever missing home.
Take your relaxation further with our private pool area, where you can dive into joy or unwind under the stars on the patio. Cook up a storm on the BBQ grill while the children have the time of their lives at the water slides and splash park.

Guest Access:
With secure gated access, checking in will be a breeze. You will be provided villa and community access codes upon arrival. Free parking is available on the premises and along the street. During your stay, enjoy complete access to our private amenities, including gym, pool, BBQ grill, and kitchen, as well as the ChampionsGate resort’s facilities – Clubhouse, pool with slides, lazy river, Tiki bar, and private movie theatre.

The villa is just a short drive from Posner Park, a premium shopping destination featuring popular stores and dining options. To further explore the local cuisine, a quick trip to Davenport is a must. Experience vibrant bars and restaurants perfect for evenings out after a day at the theme parks.
Please remember, smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed in our villa. Also, remember the optional pool heating available for an additional $45/day for those long winter nights. Our priority is to offer you a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, all through the Airbnb app. With everything Central Florida has to offer and so much more, you’ll make memories that last a lifetime in our villa.
DISCLAIMER:
Our Pool and Spa Heat Fee is $45 per day and takes 24 hours to pool to fully reach the desired temperature of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and spa 104 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pool Heat Disclaimer: In the event you purchased pool/spa heat and there is an issue where the heater malfunctions you will be refunded the amount you paid for the number of days of the malfunction. In the event your pool/spa heat was included in your stay you may not ask for a refund in the event of a heater malfunction as you did not pay for the pool/spa heat separately.
Toiletries: All of our homes come with basic starter packs for dish soap, trash bags, paper towels etc. You will need to go to the grocery store during your time at our home to replace these consumable items. The home will be stocked with appropriate levels of bath towels, hand towels, wash clots etc. Due to food allergies the cabinets will be empty so items like spices, salt and pepper etc. will not be on site when you arrive and will need to be brought with you or purchased once you arrive.

For your convenience, all communication is handled directly through the Airbnb app. This ensures quick responses, clear information, and a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. We’re always just a message away if you need assistance or local recommendations during your stay
